If we would had, if I would had to give this thing away for somebody as a contractor for the condition and framing, would have cost me $35,000. I would pay it. Now I did the foundations all myself. This one and that one, they're on myself, and hired a guy, cost me 1,100 bucks to do the foundation, and they were ready for building. Okay. If I had given them away, it would cost me $10,000. Wow. See? That's where I made money. Now, when I came for painting here, this house, if we had hired somebody to paint it, would a cost was wrong. 18, $20? hmm. Now we did it all ourselves. Right. We painted this whole house on a couple of days, man. Yep. Yeah, the proper painting machine and so on. And then, like, the finishing, the... What does that? Sorry, tip bottom. But I was gonna look downstairs, see if I have a longer cable. Oh, sure. I have so many courts downstairs. Yeah, it looks like a... Yeah, so it's like this little square one on one end? To frame this house. Yeah. Wow. That's, that's just straight framing. Yeah. That's not finishing the framing of the basement for finishing, okay? Or doesn't include the deck on the front or the or the sundeck. As soon as you have extra gables. It's extra. Everything's extra, extra. So, yeah. Wow. Experienced carpenter, I've been told, gets now. E5 bucks an hour. Oh my goodness. Like, like myself, if I had a strength and I would go work for a company like as a carpenter. Okay, I have to do math on math. That's the kind of pay you get, you know? Well, let's say, let's say 80 hours, 10 times 8, yeah. So $85 an hour. And how many hours a week do you work? Let's see. Usually it's 40, yeah. Sure, yeah. It was a 40, yes. Yeah, it's 40, yeah. It's $176,000 a year. That's a lot of money. Yeah, I did. Holy. What? It's a skill set, though. It's a skill that not everyone has. So you can pay you can charge for it, right? Yeah, yeah. Well, it's just, like, when there's a big demand. Like, but the airlines, no. There's a big demand. They can charge what they want. Yep. This was the same the same construction. Yep. You know, when the times were tough, You basically did the job that you could get it. Right?
